The Needmore Volunteer Fire Company was organized in 1965. We provide Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Medical Services to southern Fulton County as well as our surrounding jurisdictions. The Needmore Volunteer Fire Company primarily provides services to Belfast, Bethel, Thompson, Brush Creek, Licking Creek, and Union Townships within Fulton County, Pa. We house and operate 2 Engines, Tanker, Brush, Special Unit, and 2 Basic Life Support Ambulances. We rely on mutual aid assistance from our partner agencies in Fulton County, as well as Washington & Allegany counties in Maryland, Bedford County Pa, and Morgan County West Virginia. We maintain day to day operations by the generous support of our community through fundraising and donations.

In 2020 we purchased a piece of land that was converted into the Needmore Volunteer Fire Company Activities Grounds. We host numerous events not limited to but including dirt drag racing, truck and tractor pulls, demolition derbys, and various community related events.

The Needmore Volunteer Fire Company Activities Grounds is located at 994 North Foster Road, Needmore, Pa 17238.
